How it Works
All we ask is that you get in touch with us as soon as you realise within the first 7 days of receiving your items that you need to make an exchange or ask for a refund. We count the 7 days from when your parcel is marked as delivered to you via delivery service tracking on their website.
- The scissors then need to be posted back to us via a tracked service. In as new condition, with no damage or have been dropped etc. in the original packaging, this includes in the case with items properly secured, with all the attachments inside the case.
- We will then assess the items, and if there are no damages or problems either exchange them for the ones you have selected or issue you a refund. It takes approximately 3-5 days for your refund to come through from the transaction from which you paid for the scissors.
Exchanging your items purchased
We are more than happy to exchange your items and offer our guidance in helping you select another product from the Sizztex range. We will exchange your items once we receive the item that you have sent back to us, via a tracked service and in the as new condition in the original packaging.
Returns & exchanges claims must be posted back to Sizztex with purchase receipt & tracking number to be sent through to email@example.com.
